Test pipes or HFCs for sure over pulleys. There will be a noticeable power improvement with TPs/HFCs vs pulleys.

I have done test pipes before. It was a good upgrade. However, it clashed with my exhaust set up. Sounded awesome outside the car but inside the car I couldn’t here the night before in my passenger seat. (Witch was ok lol) Anyways, my point is that test pipes work better with the right set up, if your looking for sound especially, or power. I will be changing my setup for them once I go TT. Now pullies, STILLIN is the way to go from what I have seen and heard. You can feel it!!

That's cuz FL is cool and had better things to worry about than Cali or MA.

Here, they use mirrors on a stick so they don't have to get their pants dirty

Just means you have to outsmart them. Get OEM gutted cats, or drop the car low enough so they can't get the silly mirrors under it ^

Gut OEM cats. And wrap it around your test pipes. This is what I have on my evo. They even sell them pre-gutted-cat-wrapped for you.
