Kit is around $100, but I am going to sell the rest of the kit. Definitely beats replacing entire arm.

I think that on 50K + mileage compression rod bushings should be the first thing to be replaced, then end-links.
Sorry, what kit are you referring to?

Hey guys, I am getting a front end clunk as well(Drivers side), I have had my compression rods replaced at 40k They made a creaking sound when going up driveways. I am now at 63k. Lowered on Z Springs.

The sound is easily heard at 0:18, does it sound similar to anyones clanking, noise here?

almost sounds like my noise i had on my strut.. which seemed to feel it was part of the strut.. almost felt like it was loose and would feel super loose. obviously that wasnt the case and it was the front endlinks. u should see if its that in your case.

I had similar sounds once - it turned out to be the SHOCK MOUNTS. $20 ea at the dealership. Cheap fix but you gotta remove the assembly.

I have looked at my endlinks but not sure what I am looking for?

#7 from the parts picture

Its the metal piece with the studs that come through into the engine bay

They go bad

If your endlinks are bad you will hear clunking only when your front end goes off-kilt like speed bumps at an angle or inclines/declines at an angle - if they are loose you just need to tighten the bolts/nuts

Ah ok

Only time I hear that noise is going over bumps like you see in the video and I think(not confirmed) when I turn the wheel to the left then quickly turn to the right so that the momentum of the car moves onto the left side I hear that noise.

I need to buy socket for those bolts(17mm and 12mm right?) and try tightening them first. Since Apparently I need to remove the whole strut and remove the spring and have to get an alignment afterward lol

Edit: Ok so I should not touch the 17mm one right? Since that one will just spin endlessly, right?

If you've been lowered for a while I would just replace the front endlinks. They are cheap if you go with OEM ones.

For the lower nut, you'll need a open ended wrench on the backside to keep the screw from spinning, unless you use an airgun which will spin fast enough for the nut to catch/tighten

only option for the mount is a oem replacement or complete new suspension.

K, I just loosened the three strut bolts with my 12mm socket jacked the wheel off the ground. Then I Hand tightened the bolts, dropped the car back down and made them bolts real tight.

Here are some pics of my endlinks

I have no idea if you can see that they are broken, but I tried moving it with my hand and its not moving at all.

From this picture, I see their is a lot of space all around it, how exactly would the endlink make noise? I suppose its making the noise by itself?

IIRC you need an open ended 17mm socket for the backside nut.

Yep, 17mm. Replace them both screensavers. Like you said, they are cheap. You have to remove them to see how fluid, or not the movement is on each knuckle. You should also take a look at your sway bar bushings to see if they are ripped or falling apart.
