Question about SPC shims

Okay guys got a question about camber and these SPC camber shims. My car is lowered on BC coilovers and im pretty dam low, very close to maxed out. I've been useing SPC front camber arms without the shims. I've been thinking about selling my SPC front arms becuase i plan on going lower.

I'm not sure what the natural camber would be at when i lower my car with the stock arms but im assuming it would be more than -2 degrees.

So my question is if i lower my car more, use the stock a-arms and install the camber shims, i would NOT exceed the stock specs correct? Like my camber would still be in the negatives just a little bit closer to stock without using the SPC arms?

Sorry if this seems confusing, just trying to figure out my options. Thanks for your help everyone

PM Grant (Gdup35Sedan). IIRC he is running SPC shims. Your natural camber should be more than -2 if you are slammed. I'm running natural camber up front and I'm at -3, lowered ~4".

haha MArcus i knew you would be the first to comment, and before i saw your repose, i PM'ed him :P haha way ahead of you :]

Thanks for the info, so if i added the shims and used stock arms i can prolly get my camber to around -1.5ish or better which i would be happy with.

Grant is lowered 4" up front and is at -2 camber IIRC with the SPC shims.

being slammed adds stress to a lot of things, bearings, bushing etc...
i just replaced a front hub and bearing the other week and waiting for the other side to come in so i can do the install on that.. but i didnt replace it from being slammed, i had another problem so i decided to just buy another side so i wont have any problems later on ..

Honestly dude just get your toe into spec. I'm running negative 2.4 front and 2.8 back and it's not so bad.

The SPC shims will give you a static +2 degrees of positive camber.

stock arms with spc shims dropped to ~24.25'' fender to ground i was actually within factory spec at a -0.5

as of now i have no idea bc i maxed out the front with the 20s but i am not wearing tires at all. i'd say i'm around ~1.5??

At first I had an issue but it was because I took chunks out of the bearing. The other member probably didn't use te spacers properly
