Around 16mpg city, 21mpg highway, four-year average = 16.71mpg.

with gas being so expensive I drive like a grandma and I can only manage 20 city, 24 hwy on my bone stock 6mt..
I fill up every weekend, reguardless of fuel level, so I dont really know how far I go on a tank when I bought the car I hoped for better, but what can you do? |

I only put in about 10 gallons per gas station trip and get about 200-220 miles on that. Comes out to 20-21 mpg with mostly highway driving.

Drove 250 miles round trip this weekend...99% highway @ 80mph and averaged 24.9 mpg. 5at, awd

I think you guys are lying, you know you keep saying to yourself where the f is all my gas going

I average 15-16 mpg, driving 70% highway and 30% city. This is disastrous, even for a RWD 6 cylinder in this class. It's a 2005 G35 WITH 50K.

just avg 23mpg on 18 gal mostly all highway miles
|
i tried to drive really efficiently-try not to gas or brake too much. i only save about 20-40 miles per tank. that's like 2 gallon worth of gas. but the commute time has been dramatically increase from a 20mins (driving 80-90 mpg) to about 40-45 mins(driving 65-70) so my conclusion was the gas i save is not worth the time i spend on commuting. however, i drive about 90% hwy. if it's for more city drive, the result might be different. now i don't really think about the gas mileage that much.

i remembered i have a snowboarding trip, it takes about 4 hr one way. on the way back. i put a bottle of injector cleaners in with a full tank of gas. i managed to have 300 miles with only a little over half of the tank, i was shock myself.

OP, as of this past weekend, 25-28 highway (~500-540 per tank) in extremely hilly western PA or WV. In the flats of FL or NE, it may go up to 29-30 (~580 per tank). City=19-21 mpg.
No mods with the exception of running 235/55/17 tires. I get anywhere from 300-340 till the gas light is on. I usually average around 17mpg witha 60h/40c split. |
Another gas mileage thread... Really?
|
^Sure, why not? We have one every two months and everyone posts the same thing...
It's like a tradition or something  |
