I dropped off my sedan on Mon Nov 8th 4pm they said I would have it on Tues then on Weds then on Thurs now they say today. Something about ordering a part which a know is BS having worked at a car dealership. Service always has brake bads and rotors and other things that are normals items that most cars get done when in service. If for some chance they do not have the part it gets there overnite. Oh whats even better is the loaner they gave me. Its a Ford Focus what pos I laughed at the lot attendent when he brought it to me. Who wins with logest wait for brakes I have 5 days and counting.

That is crazy!!! My wife always get a G, and the brake repair is usually a few hours. Change dealers.

well im going to the dealership tonite and raise holy hell they still havent called me this is real bs. i cant believe for any reason possible why my car wouldnt be finished.

They get paid fewer hours for warranty than customer paid, can you blame them for being resistive...........the techs hate warranty work. It is thought of [and used] as punishment in some places.

But some work [paid hours] is better than nothing. How would you feel if you got paid differently for the same job depending on which customer was paying [factory or owner].

I really feel for those who don't have 5 dealers within 25-50 miles to chose from, like ATL.........service is consistantly good because of competition.

 

LOL, how about one in the entire state? I have never had a problem with the dealership here so far anyway, they always seem to bend over backwards to try and please the customer, been my experience anyway.
