is there a diy for changing out the rears brakes n rotors on a sedan

I remember seeing a tread on here on converting stock non brembo brakes to brembo brakes from a coupe. Anyone can help me out! I can get the brakes for 150 from a junk yard.... sounds like a great deal to me.
