Rear window fog and watermark

I got my 04 g35x early this month. It seems that the rear window is quite easy to got fogged up, easpecially the lower 2-3 inches where the no rear defroster wire is seen. I live in Oakland, CA, and the never is pretty mild at this time.

Also When I shampoo and wax my car last weekend, it seems there are many watermarks on the rear window. I tried using both water and glass cleaner, with a microfiber cloth, to no avail. I am not sure if the watermarks are on the inside or outside, and hong long they have been there.

Any suggestions?

Try some chrome polish on the glass, if they are on the outside, which they most likely are, I have found that pretty good at getting rid of mild water spots on glass, LOL, don't try it on the paint!
