Well there is nothing I can do, since I live in Florida with the "NO" Lemon Law. so good thing that the Infiniti dealer ship will still take it as a trade in $%^&*$ Florida.

I had similar situation with my Jeep. Bought it in winter, everything was dirty so I couldn't tell if body parts were painted or not. I never paid attention to the buyer's guide that was given to me at the END of the transaction and listed unibody damage. Carfax was clean. I found a couple of months later by listing the car for sale on ebay and it got removed for not matching the description. I tried everything from contacting the dealer, to contacting the DMV and BBB. Nothing worked. Unfortunately, another dealership fell to the scam of the dealer I bought it from. I traded the Jeep in for my current infiniti and all they did was run a CarFax...I guess there is such a thing as Carma to the dealers

Hey I was kind of in a similar situations a couple months back when i bought my 04 sedan

I bought my used g35 from cerritos infiniti. The carfax was clean and reported 0 accidents. So i bought the car and two days later my uncle ( a mechanic) ran his fingers along the edges of the car and noticed some rough areas indicating my car had repainted fenders. I confronted the dealer the next day and they said that my car was hit and had an unreported accident. My salesmen told me that if the car had minor accident damages and that they repaired and repainted it, to put the car out on the lot.

The salesmen also said that they usually buy used cars at the auctions that have minor unreported accident damages like scratches and messed up bumpers...These are easy fixes that will allow them to put the car on the lot asap (hence with a clean carfax).

I asked the dealer why they didn't tell me this when i purchased the car but they kinda ignored my question. They did however say that if i wanted to return my G, they would take it back and give me a 100% refund, but i refused <3

On the bright side they gave me a full 3/year warranty (mechanical and electrical) for $1000.

Yeah, I have the autocheck now from a fellow member who did the vin check for me that is how I was able to get the info in writing but a previous infiniti dealership showed me the damage. I will send the information off to the dealer since its 1.5hrs there and back.
