Yea 24" might be the max for BCs, I'm a couple threads from maxed with all collars in and spec preload and I'm at 23.8 in the front.

I know for a fact BCs don't go as low as Stance. So I'd say start chopping collars or start looking for new coils.

You can lower the spring but you'll lose pre-load which will give you a bouncy, ****ty ride.

Sounds like you're maxed out. Your car looked good from the pics, no need to go lower on the front or rear.

I'm on Stance LX+ (24" up front and 24.5" in the rear... I also haveuch taller tires than you though. 215/225/45)

Yes it will. If you want to go lower buy Stance haha. Taking out the middle collar should fix you up if all the collars are together.

okay, couple things here:

by max out, you mean B and C collars are now touching each other or that the shock cartridges can't go any lower and there's spaces between B and C like the picture shown?

if it's the later, what you would need is shorter cartridges.

DO NOT remove B collar as it's the locking piece.

If it's the first scenario, then you can get shorter springs.

You can remove 2 collars, which ones I forgot.
I had D2 coilovers on rsx type s and it didn't give me the drop I wanted so I removed 1 collar which gave me about 1" drop.

You can remove any collar you want once your maxed out because the spring has no where to go. Locking collars are irrelevant when large amounts of force are applied. As long as the lower perch is twisted in as far as it can, it can't go anywhere...
