Question Help! Location of Internal Temp Sensor?

Hey everyone,

I have a 2005 G35x and im having an issue where the heat isnt workin till u reach 85 or so degrees I looked on some other posts and did the self diagnostic my internal temp sensor is reading 95 degrees when it is def not. I talked to a service rep at infiniti he asked if i had dash work done because sometimes it could get unplugged. Which I did not but he also said that they can have a tendency to get loose and unplug. Now where I drive is quite bumpy at times and the ride is pretty stiff so I do believe it is possible that it might have gotten slightly unplugged causing this problem. But I have searched over and over and cannot seem to find the location of it. The rep had mentioned it is somewhere down by the driver side but I found a site that sells an hvac internal temp sensor dont know if its the same but it shows the location behind the temp cluster. Any help on the location of this sensor would be great.

Thanks in advance.

That is not the sensor you are looking for, that is the in-car sensor for the auto air. If it is saying 95 on your intake sensor(not internal),then that sensor is in the heater/a/c box with the condenser core and that is the sensor that would be causing you this issue. It is a common issue on the QX$ and also the
