Ooo... I hate exhaust extenders. If it was me, I'd remove the extender and have a muffler shop cut the flange and extend the pipe. It that where it's blowing out?

On a related note, it's refreshing to see such good manners in a thread topic title.

hmmmmmmmm, yeah that might be an idea, kind of iffy tho, I don't know where the car will be at in the next few years, I might want to sell the part later on if I move to back to stock etc...I was kind hoping that someone knew of a good sealent that may work. Cutting may have to be my last resource.

and thank you, I try to be very nice when requesting help.

Did you get new OEM gaskets?

I agree with the others though. Just get a custom pipe put on and then no more problems!

I've used High temp Rtv with gaskets to seal up leaky connections like that.

I usually install, and then let it sit overnight before starting it up and testing it out

...80 bucks for a flange and a weld around here O.O !!! F-that, following a suggestion, I'm going to pick up some new nismo gaskets and coat em in ultra copper, if that doesn't work, then I will pull the trigger on the weld. Thank you every one for all you imput, i do appreciate it.

***over 8 months to get a middy and cant keep it sealed ***

You are suffering from all the symptoms of warped flanges. Check those puppies with a straightedge before reassembly, and tighten the bolts a little bit at a time all the way around (not full torque on the first, then full torque on the second, etc).

On the original seals did you sand out any left scraps that were left from the previous seals? When I got my shipment exhaust the old seals were stuck so Jairen and I sanded them down. I don't think mine leaks lol
