PDF of maintenance schedule?

I just purchased a 2006 G35X and I usually do all of my own maintenance and want to know what to expect on maintenance.

How often do I have to change the transmission fluid? How about the diff oil, front and rear? Plugs? Air filter, oil?

The car I purchased didn't come with an owners manual.

I use the service menu from Riverside Infiniti as my reference:

Transmission and Dif are not listed for changing only inspection, neither is brake fluid, and or powersteering fluid

Furthermore, you should at least do a drain and fill of your transmission ~4quarts every 30k at the very least

I personally got a flush at the dealer which replaced 12 quarts of fluid.

The Diff- It depends how you drive, I changed mine at 39k and it was still clear and looked good.

Brake Fluid - Inspect its condition, some people change the fluid every few years.

Powersteering fluid- Mine was BLACK, check my thread https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...g-fluid-2.html

This fluid is very easy to replace, you can use any Dexron III compatible fluid.

Power steering fluid is very easily overlooked.

Sparkplugs - If you still have warranty and are around 50k + mileage, change the spark plugs, there is a common valve cover leak, if you catch it before the warranty is over then you dont have to pay to fix it.

Air Filter - Depends how dusty the area you live in is, normal interval is every 15 or 30k miles.

Oil - This depends on your driving style, normal interval is 3750 miles, the VQ is hard on oil so dont assume the oil can just go 10k, Quality OTC oils can reach 5k + such as Castrol Syntec. Which is what I run. But again YMMV.
Also OP you have a PM
