Let's see. The rotors are cast iron. You live in hot humid Miami. Can you say RUST. It's that orange / brown stuff that appears overnight on your discs. Japanese motorcycles use stainless steel to avoid this but cast iron works so much better.
Stay away from the beach to prevent rust. That salt air is a killer.

Brake noise combined with rust residue is a strong indicator you have worn down a set of pads and are now contacting backing plates to rotor.

Check your brakes...you are prob overdue for a brake job

The squeal first thing when backing out is normal

The rust is 100% normal, and goes away after a few brakings. Park in a garage if you dont want the rust. If I park mine outside, morning dew always makes my rotors have light orange/rust look

If the pads were due to change they would be squealing most of the time

I disagree..i don't think it's normal.

I live on a beach, can see the water out my windows and leave the car parked for days and the rotors don't rust. They only get light surface rust when it rains, but nothng that actually leaves dust on the wheels that is rust colored.

Only time i've seen heavy accumulation of rust-colored dust is when you have metal on metal braking. Having just experienced this with a seized caliper, i can also say that such a condition doesn't always grind or squeal all the time. In my situation, i had a minor squeal for a few mins when cold, and then it went away when warm...and found ZERO pad material on my rear pad on one side.

Just suggesting the OP give his brakes a visual inspection for pad wear to confirm.

i recently did my rears... the squeal doesnt come from the rear.. but there is dust and rust and all that orange and brown on the rear.

my mechanic said i might have to sand down or cut the front rotors which well help stop making that noise..l but the weird thing is .

when i did chnge the front pads / rotors it wasnt squealing for like a few weeks but now there squealing bad...

soo.. like stated ?

calipers can be bad ??

and other suggestion

and yes. my car is parked outside and is my dd.
and im not by the beach ..

idk and ideas or suggestion

thanks

mine dose the same thing with my brembo setup.. exspecially if it rains or i wash the car, for like the first 20 feet until the surface rust is gone. running carbon ceramic pads with still over 1/2 pad left.

Worn pads aside.... Brake noise can be caused by inferior parts.

Are these oem? Or are they aftermarket parts?

Also, disassembling the caliper and using brake anti-squeal compound on the pad contact points can help eliminate squeal

rears r napa brake pads and rotors (cast iron ).. - the fronts are OEM pads n rotors

if anything imma just upgrade to the double piston calipers with bigger rotors

I have 04 model (single piston)

but more suggestions or solution would be greatly admire before i jump into this purchase
