Front End Creeking?

I've got the paperwork right here. It says:
"Cust.states when going over bumps there is a creaking noise from pass. front susp. area. Performed body adjustment per ITB 02060.
Body-U100"
This was at Major Infiniti in Kansas City. (816)941-0770
Hope this helps. Part of the bulletin procedure requires them to duplicate the noise. You can read the TSB on this site.
