For the love of...please tell us you dropped the pressure by now...runnin 44 cold (I'm assuming) then driving is a great way to blow those bad boys out. but yes...no alarm...check the sensors. With alarm = issues with low pressure

k so deflated them to around 30 -35 psi and drove to the bank which is about a mile. the light is still on ... ill be driving to work tommorow and hopefully it will go off on the ride there. if not ill assume its the sensor, is there a need to replace it immediately or should i wait til i get new tires n rims in about a month

Set your tires to what your door jam says when they are cold. Does the light come on instantly or does it come on after driving a while? Does the light go off after a little driving (if it come on instantly). Do you have stock wheels with the original TPMS or have you changed them out?
Thats just for idiots. That is for OEM tires that came with the car. If he is running different tires or different sizes its all different.

IIRC the light comes on when your at 28-25psi or less. If they batteries are dead the light will come on as well.

Also Sidewall Max is Max Cold PSI the tire can take, Yes you can do it but why would you? Horrible traction, horrible ride, faster wearing but a slight increase of MPG! lol

35psi is what I set my tires are at and what I find to be the best on my tires. 30psi is a tad low imo.

You dont have to buy sensors... U can run it like that there isnt any hazard behind it.. The 03-04 Gs didnt come with tpms

Yes, I just stated that as a starting point for him since he doesn't know about tire pressure. I'll opt for a little softer ride, better handling tire, and longer tread life over fuel economy any day

+1

O.P, as I mentioned earlier I dont have TPMS sensors in my tires and haven't for a few years. It's just a warning light to let you know that the tires are low on air or a malfunction with one or more of the sensors.
