You have a few options.
A common size is 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear. Some like to pair a 275/30/19 in the rear instead of the 275/35.
I would do the 275/30/19 if you are lowered a bit 2+ inches and the 275/35/19 if you are under 2".

Play around with this calculator http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

Hankook or Kumhos... Definately!

Don't buy Michelins.
You car just would not look right with a quality tire on it.

Bridgestone RE760 Sports. Kinda heavy, but quiet and grippy.

The Hankook V12's were just coming out when I bought my tires, so I was a little worried about buying them, but they'll be in the mix whenever the Sports wear out. I've read some good reviews, and lots of members have them.

Sumitomo tires are great also. They stick to the road pretty good.

Get some 255/35 275/35 NITTO INVO. I had them on my car for a while (and still have them as my DD tires) they handle alright and are fairly cheap, only thing that bothers me is they don't make noise before they brake loose (which has cause my to spin at the track a couple times ) just something to think of. If you're getting hankook, get RS3s not V12s
