this is a feeler !! yes i KNOW ... damn another feeler thread good lord !

but i have been thinking about this for sometime now and never said anything about this ... i have been talking to TAG from STRAFE about this all day today and he decided to take part in this if we have enough people agree and sign up for this ...

i KNOW there are strafe hatters in here and i know who you all are but lets just keep this simple and not ARGUE about this,but keep in mind this will be a big part for the 05-06 sedan guys and strafe is willing to help us out with this ...

i would like to see a nismo replica lip that fit our 05-06 sedan rear bumpers ...

WHY ???? well 1 we don't have to go looking around for a 03-04 sedan bumper and pray its the same color as our car, 2- then we would have to buy the nismo poly lip or get the replica one that was made and have that painted as well .

MATERIAL - what do you guys think it should be made with ...

PRICE - TBD ....

that would be a good amount of money for us ...

i think if we have the nismo rep lip made for us that it will be a great seller !!

many people in here i know would love to do this and haven't done it yet was due to finding the bumper and this and that and that time ...

You've bought into this Strafe haters thing now too Chris.

I think this is an awesome idea and of course we (Sedan community) want to see Strafe be successful at bringing this to the Sedan guys! This would have made things a lot easier for me back when I did the bumper/mudguard swap to run the authentic Nismo lip.

As I said when you asked me.

There is already a lip on the 05/06 bumper adding a nismo to that is going to look like a fat lip.

And the whole strafe hater thing is old, Lawrence, Dustin and I are on good terms as far as I know. I don't plan to run their parts on my car but that's because I'm happy with my hybrid stock body. So no need to bring any of that up anymore.

 

^ i disagree. if done correctly the lip can fit flush in there.

I will patiently await that. If you pull this off and it looks good I will probably buy one.

I am definitely not tying my money up in a bullshit group buy though.
