Tranny?? Sensor?? Help me please

whats up to everyone, I am new to this site, and i was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem. I currently own a 03 auto g35 sedan. About a month ago I had the car serviced, and after about two weeks I noticed that when i start the car the AT CHECK light blinks for about two senconds then stops. Then after about 15 minutes of driving i hear like a click or popping sound then the vehicle starts to slur or should i say lose power when i am trying to get out of first gear. and it continues for the rest of the ride. if i cut the car off it goes back to normal but then it would occur again. can someone please let me know if they experienced this before and anyway i can solve this problem. thanks

did u have any recent audio upgrades? or other electronics installed such as an aftermarket alarm? if so, you might want to check all your wiring again, or who ever did the install.

You need to get your car to a shop ASAP! The Check AT light is not something you want to see on your dash, it's usually indicative of a serious problem. When was the last time you had the AT fluid flushed or drained/refilled?

relax, hold on...dont panic just yet, it might be a simple ground, no need to start replacing stuff and pissing your pants...

before u spend a crap load of money by taking to some completely useless dealership, check all the wires that were messed with during ur sub install. if u did the install of the subs urself, please go through and check all you wires carefully and one by one, make sure all the grounds are in place, If you did not do the install yourself, try to get the car back to the shop that did the work or a friend that actually know what he or she is doing to check them for you.

why you might ask? because a simple ground can trip off the automatic transmission, no I'm not pulling this stuff out of my a$$

keep us updated, if it wont work lets try moving on to something else.

thanks for the advice, i took the car back to get all wires checked and he found nothing out of line. I then drained the trans fluid and changed the strainer, the strainer it self looked pretty clean, but the oil was dirty. drove for about five miles so far and it seems to be running better and i havent had the problem as of yet. quick question, my passenger side wheels seems to be slanted a bit, mechanic told me the lower control arm is bent, would this factor into the wheel being of by a degree or so?

[QUOTE=Mustang5L5;61305

Ok, I am back to square one again, the problem still continues, but now it seems when it starts my A/C starts to blow only cool air like when its running on fan mode. About six months ago the car itself would shut off on me while, the VDC and SLIP light would come on, I did a comp Diagnostic check and they told me i had to change two sensors on the crankshaft (if i remeber correctly), after I changed the sensors it corrected the problem. Now when this current problems occur, the same lights come on plus my SES light. I really appreciate the advice you gave me earlier but this G35 is starting to get on my nerve and I am wondering if it is really worth the hassle. thanks again

If the check engine light is on, get the code and post it here. Without that...we are guessing.

Just ran a diagnostic test and the car is throwing codes p1754 and p1764, both have to do with the transmission, now to the nitty gritty, do i have to replace the transmission? the report is saying that i have to replace TCM and valve body. is this expensive and time consuming? any advice would be greatly appreciated
