yea. i actually had a 350z with 18x10.5 18x9.5 setup, but decided to do a g35 sedan. I wanted to go a different route, and have it look like a track car (i know, wrong car to choose) I always see "hellaflush" G35's, i want mine a little different.

I was hoping that i wouldn't have to lower it too much after i put on meaty tires (hankook rs-3) In process of pulling the KW3 coilovers off my old Z to make switch over

I have been looking for a set of rpf1's for a long time now. I have an 04 sedan and I have been trying to do exactly what you are talking about. I was gonna put some meaty tires on it and go for a track oriented theme.

I just found someone selling them locally here, but they are 17" (17x9 +22 front, 17x9.5 +18 back) .... I really want them, but I'm having a hard time picturing how they would look on my '05 Sedan ..... what do you guys think, would they be sticking out at all (I say that because I have 19" OEM Rays which are 8.5 in the back, yet they are right in line with the 'fender') ....... and I think that 17" would look nice, as I would use bigger rubber

Yeah you would need to run some negative camber. If you think the oem 19's are "flush", then the rpf1's are going to stick out too much for your tastes.

Try tirerack. They allow you to view your car with different wheels. If you can't find the rpf1's, then you can search for another wheel that looks similar

There was one old-school sedan guy with RPF's IIRC, but I can't seem to remember his SN at the moment.

Search DaveO...

He was one of the first modded sleepers (actually one of the pioneers of G35 N/A performance mods period)... a true OG, was my mentor when I started modding the G...

I'm not real fond of the look of those wheels, but they are light and quality - for a semi-sleeper look with performance in mind, they are a good choice,.

They are good purpose wheels but look horrible on the coupe or sedan imo. They dont look too bad on the z though. Id pick up a set of mb battles for the track look
