how do you go about setting ur home link in the mirror ? to open the garage door?

 

1. Reset your Homelink by holding the first and last Homelink buttons.
2. Hold your garage door remote 1" away and hold the button you want programmed. (light should blink several times)
3. Hold the learn button on the garage door opener until it starts to blink.
4. Hit the homelink button that you just programmed. (Keep hitting it until your door starts to open/close).
5. Sit back and relax, knowing you could've read your owner's manual.

I just tried this and seems to be working great. If you are at quite a distance from your car and trying to unlock or lock it and it doesn't work, bring the remote under your chin and it will work.

you can try this. point to the car and press lock/unlock button. If you are at fair distance away, it won't work. Now in same place, put the remote to chin and press the button. it will work.

it will be same for all cars with remote. The range increases. Don't know why.

 

^also works if you put it to your temple. I have no idea why, but it's kinda freaky

 

Your head acts as an antenna! Its weird but it works!

 

the window trick where your put your arm out and window stop g dont do that.

The skull thing will work with any RF remote (TV remote)

 

^nearly all tv remotes are IR not RF
