Spin tech mufflers offers cheap mandrel bent piping in 3 inch. thats where i got my 3.5 inch from. You will need a 40 inch section from the y pipe back then to a 60 degrees bend then another 45 or 90 bend to mate to the muffler. When i did my custom 3.5 inch i was able to run it all with no clearance issues. The momentum is a really nice muffler and exhaust as well. Most single outlet exhaust for a g35 will work for sedan. but the momentum looks a little to straight to exit and hang properly.

man that's loud ! It would give me a headache in 2 seconds.

why use piping that large in diameter ?

I've have 400, 500, 600 and 700 hp Mustangs and alway ran 2.5 from header to tips with no restriction. Seems like it would be costing you power or low eng torque with no backpressure ?

my setup is a FI LQ9 swapped sedan running a single 3.5 inch. I know that most of the single exit 350z and g35 exhaust will fit with a mid pipe extension. The momentum looks like it will fit just fit you might just have a angled exhaust.

Yes you would loose low end tq with a 3 inch exhaust and not being FI. Also if you need a stock muffler i have my stock one sitting in my garage just shoot me a PM if you are in need
