How big of an issue is oil consumption on these ones? Something i should be worried about? I also will change plugs when i get the car but if they have oil in them..i will need new seals won't i?

Oil issues? I mean i don't mind if it burns oil ever fill up..it has 93K on it...now if it burns 2 qts every 3K miles than yes..that does suck

If say someone in my situation has this issue...is this a recall that is fixed no matter if the car is under warranty or no?

Oil burning is VERY rare on those auto first gens... I wouldnt worry about it if the oil doesnt smell burnt on the dipstick. My friends 04 X has 105k and no oil burning there..
