Shift Lock Cover P/N?

No clue how this happened but noticed one day the cover to the Shift Lock on the shifter trim piece is missing. I tried looking up the parts diagram but couldn't find this specific piece by itself. Called my local Parts Dept and they couldn't identify the p/n - has anyone else replaced one, or know what the p/n is? And on a related topic, my shift boot looks pretty worn out, does anyone know the p/n for that as well? The **** itself is fine but the leather has seen better days...

Piece in question:

Has anyone found one I have been looking all over and find them for the M35 but not the G35 One of these or a suitable replacement would cover up the only little ding in my 06 AT center console does not even have to be silver black rubber would be just fine. A P/N would be fantastic
Thanks
