Debadged my IP G horrible mistake

I just got done debadging the g35 off my car and the paint underneath doesn't match the car. I used the nissan touch up paint to try to blend in the color and it totally looks off.

Fail. Did you use goo-gone after debadging?

I think everyone needs to see the pix. I think the OEM paint is faded and that when you debadged your G the paint under the emblems just looks different b/c it don't see the sun. That is my guess but can't tell unless you show us.

My IP had a similar problem when I debadged it, my paint didn't match the already sun exposed paint. So I just left it and it slowly faded to match the rest of the trunk, it has been 6 months since I did mine, not saying it will take that long.

Is it just a different shade, or a completely different color? Need pics.

Get some paint remover on there ASAP and get that touch up paint off.
