06 G35 Engine Replaced Under Warranty

Severe oil consumption prob with engine. Caused valve knock. Under warranty engine replaced. Installed Megan engine mounts as well. Ride is smooth and gear shifts feel great. Thanks to the folks at Charles Barker Infiniti of VA Beach.

I hear ya man mine had the OC issues too on my 06 sedan 6mt, had to fight for the longblock but they gave it to me which was nice. Did you get the longblock or shortblock?

Complete engine replacement. The dealer has dealt with this before and had no issue with obtaining the replacement. Infiniti consumer affairs was also involved and continued to call me for my input on the situation and my satisfaction.
