VDC light on after control arm replacement

My alignment had been horribly off since my steering wheel was about 20degrees off center to the right. Turned out it was the drivers side lower control arm bushing. I replaced the control arm today and now the wheel is off center to the left. After driving for about 10 mins, the VDC light comes on and "slip" light comes on. Can it be that my alignment is so horribly off that the front wheels are fighting for control. It tries to pull either left or right hard when you make turns now. I will try to get an alignment done tomorrow and see what happens. Any suggestions?

the light is caused from the steering angle sensor being off center, once the alignment is completed, the dealership(technician) is supposed to use Consult to recalibrate the steering angle sensor. The alignment alone will not make the light go off once it is on. Hope this helps bro.

My first thought was wheel speed sensor unplugged. Good info on the steering angle sensor.
