and yeah the noise from the engine was, the ac compressor is bad, so for now I just took the small belt off from the ac and pulley, since I really dont need it

up and dwon ont eh tires will definatly produce the hum. but usually after 20-30 mph. if it starts off the line, most likely the bearing. the tire being humpy means something is making it bounce on the road. usually bad shocks. but could also be bearing.

yea switch front 2 tires and see how it feels. bearings are easy to DIY.

Search for a dashboard over there. And call the junkyards that have them near your location.
I think its worth a short trip if you can find a car that has everything your one needs.

Use gmail Google voice to call around if you don't have free calling.
