Hello! I have a 2004 Infiniti G35x sedan. My dial indicates that my tank is half full. However, my gas empty light is still on. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and if they knew how to fix it. Thanks in advance!

 

I got this from Google hope it helps "The Low fuel lamp should go on with approximately 1/8 of a tank of fuel remaining.turn the ignition switch to the ON position, All all indicator lamps should light up and go out after about 5 seconds. This is an electronic bulb check test. Assuming the fuel gauge is working properly, the Instrument cluster circuit board is likely defective. If the fuel gauge is NOT working properly, the fuel level sending unit is likely at fault."
