I just relocated from to Las Vegas from Guam. I need to get my car serviced. I need to know which Infiniti dealer has the best customer service?

 

I haven't had any service done at either dealer in Vegas (Towbin or Prestige) since I don't have the car yet. But, I have been to both dealers to test drive/price them. Towbin is AWFUL. Prestige has been good so far with the sales dept. As far as service, I'd try there. Plus, it's probably closer to your house in NLV. Good luck and let me know how it goes so I know for when I have mine in.

 

There was a thread here some time back about Towbin, seemed pretty negative if I remember correctly. You would think with two dealerships in the same city, the competition would keep that from happening.

 

The problem may be that the same guy owns both dealerships....

 

Towbin does own both dealerships. I have heard absolute horror stories from The original Towbin dealership. I bought mine from Prestige and have had no complaints about the service there. I'd definitely recommend Prestige because it is a lower volume dealer meaning that they can probably get you in and out in a couple of hours.

 

Geez, that's like here, there are two Toyota dealerships, and both are really owned by Larry H. Miller, one is named Karl Malone.
