Thank you! How did you find it?

26 in-lb, my torque wrench don't go that low. I guess I'll put take it easy with the wrench.

Just take a guess, you wanna snug it up and then slightly turn it. It's a 10 or 12mm and doesn't hold anything together...not that important to have the exact torque.

Most important not to overtighten. Use a new Oring and put some dielectric grease/white grease/engine oil on the oring prior to installation.

Tighten it by hand then a minor snug with a wrench will be more than enough, no more than 1/8" of a turn after fingertight.

And I found it by looking in the FSM
Rocker-cover portion.

You could've also went to index and found PCV, then went to the corresponding section. If you know the exact Nissan part name this is an easy way to find something if you're unsure of what section it's in.
