Never seen the interior of a G8, but I've seen a TT one here with over 600whp on stock block running 10's in the 1/4

08 G35 vs 09 G37 is negligible. I'v compared my 08 G to my friends '10 G37x sedan and i still get him in a straight line (albeit his is an AWD but even then..)

09s had some tranny glitches with the 7speeds and a lot of the owners prefer the 08s 5AT.

You can get an 08 in your price range with warranty left. I'd take a peak at that. I think you'd probably fall in love. Lots of charm like the first gen Gs.

I would love a g8 gt. You could make one of those sick and fast!

The auto is a downfall (to me) but if I wanted an auto I would be all over it if I could afford it.

My boss just got an Audi RS6 for around 25K and it's one of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen. If you can find one of those I would at least test drive it.

Test drove a burgandy G8 GT. 361hp 6sp auto. I actually really liked it. Interior is plain but the materials felt decent and not too cheap. The red interior lights look better than the orange our G's have. And the gauges are light up white.

Handles very well for a larger sedan. Very G-ish. And the grunt, 385ft lbs torque. Nice.

bolt ons, ecu flashes are easy. There's even TCU ecu mods that are easily avail for shift points and line pressures. You guys know that the GT has a 2.92 rear end ratio?! Geez. But the camaro 3.27 and the GXP is 3.7. All bolt on
