Looks like it still had the dealer plate on it - probably out for a test drive - guess the salesperson didn't get that sale.

Wow ... It seem like brand new( without license plate). What happened to break in .... not to go over 4000rpm?? ...

Do you know the circumstances of this crash? You are assuming he was to blame, maybe there was a second vehicle involved that contributed to the accident...
