Maintenance before suspension. You don't have to do it all right away, as it's usually an ongoing process. Unfortunately, you'll do all the recommended maintenance and then a month down the road you'll need a compression rod or wheel bearing.

Mainly just fluids at 60K, but do you feel anything else on the car that's not 100%?

Transmisson, rear dif fluids
Coolant flush
Brakes are terrible on these cars
If SES light isn't on then your good to go

I need new brakes/rotors forsure. I'll be doing that before coils.
I was thinking an aftermarket brand but idk yet

& so only flush diff, tranny, coolant?

What about the filters? Are these so important or not so important

Everything else I can do my self

There is an in-cabin filter, which is good for about 30k miles. Maintenance will depend on the condition of each car. I would think changing and flushing your brakes would be more important then filters. Hopefully you have already been changing your main air filter.

Common repairs include the compressions rods and wheel bearings.

Which of these 3 are the easiest to do on your own?

I'd say transmission. Flush isn't recommended if ure not sure of the history of the car, so a drain and fill is prob the route u want to take. Transmission drain and fill is prob easier than a oil change. Loosen the pan bolt and let it drain. After its done draining put the bolt back on and refill with the amount that came out. Do this every 15k for two times and then every 30k it should be sufficient enough.

Probably coolant, but each have their tricky parts.

I should have said engine air filter. Do you know anything about the design of an engine? It's on the driver side right behind the radiator. You will have to remove a few plastic pieces to access it.
