What's that supposed to mean? You're just as likely to get an oil leak in an Altima as your are in a G35.

It's supposed to mean that this isn't a $1,000 civic where using some oil sealer or slopping some RTV on the gasket will suffice.

I don't think in any case just sealer would be a good option.

5w20? that's way too thin. this engine shears oil like crazy.
try switching to 5w30 or 5w40 or 0w40 and see if the leak goes away before buying the gasket and replacing it. just a personal opinion.
