wheel almost fell off because of spacer???
Hello,
I just recently installed 19" M45 rims with 245/40/19 tires in the front, and 255/40/19 tires in the back. Since I have an 03 sedan, these rims with these tires caused to rub on the upper control arm in the front. So I bought a set of spacers. I bought the H&R track+ DRS 5mm spacers for the front and 10mm for the back.
So last night as I was driving on the highway after I got everything installed, one of my wheels almost flew off, with the lugs coming loose. It was a scary experience and I'm trying to figure out what exactly went wrong. The studs got stripped, so I'm desperate to find a solution now. if anyone could help me out, it would be great!
Thanks!

That is why i prefer to be herrasunk or do it right and get rims with proper offset. Safety over anything else any day of the week. Please be careful and install only using torque wrench and hub centric spacers. Please inspect your work before you decide to go out there and win a darwin award.

Show some good pictures otherwise we cannot tell you the problem.
The only thing we could speculate:
1. Wrong spacers with incorrect hub centers for your car
2. You didn't install extended lugs
3. You overtorqued/undertorqued the wheels to one extreme or the other
4. You used the wrong lug-nuts.
