did my 60k on the AWD and front diff fluid was weird

So the car hit 67k the other day and the last time i did the whole drive-line was at 36k.

So right at the 30k recommended mark. At 36k i drained and filled the OE fluid and replaced with mobil 1 75w90 front and rear.

I did the rear and it came out nice and clean! Almost like no wear on it. Almost no metal shavings on the drain plugged. It might me question if i'm OCD at maintenance, because no one i know cars about doing the 30k fluids. So i go do the front diff and HOLY crap, that thing was SUPER dirty and nasty, so much crap was on that drain plug it was insane.

So now i'm thinking maybe the front works harder then the rears. I know its instant on but i hardly did any snow driving or was hard on it at all. So i didn't make the AWD system work. I also thought maybe its because its 1qt for the front VS 1.5-1.75 for the rears.
