Suspension fitment

Does anyone know if the 09 G37X BC coilovers would fit a 05 G35X? Also, are the rear sway bars for the 350z and g35 sedan interchangeable and would it be a noticeable difference?

I don't know about the coilovers. I have an Eibach rear sway on my 2006 G35x. It is definitely noticeable over stock. There is a lot less body roll. I bought it before Hotchkis came out with the front and rear G35x set. I would get the full set from Hotchkis if I were you. They won't sell me just the front one (I tried).

Eibach was my choice but then I came across a local guy who's selling his OEM stock 350Z swaybars in mint condition and thinking if it would fit for our car or if even its worth it the performance difference.

I'm not sure about the rear sway fitting from a 350z. Check out the suspension section. There could be some more info there. I do know that the stock RWD sedan sway is a larger diameter than the stock G35x rear sway. The front 350z sway is absolutely not interchangable with the front G35x sway. The AWD system is in the way. Hope that helps a little.

sways are interchangeable from the 350z 2003-2008.
coilovers will not fit thats for sure from a g37. the 2003-2007 (coupe) 2003-2006(sedan) coils are identical. after that they were revised.

good luck.

Would you by chance know the diameter of the 350z rear sways? Is it a better selection then the RWD sedan sways?

I did a swap from a g35 coupe with sport suspension and noticed a difference in my ride. The sport coupe sways (fronts) were meatier than my sedans oem. The rear tbh seemed the same to me? There was no significant difference in weight.
Just remember u said u had an x. I think there is a difference in sways though. And suspension too.

Hrmm does anyone by chance know the diameter difference from the AWD sedan rear sways compared to the 350z rear sways? I believe the RHD is 21mm would the 350z be similiar or 22mm maybe?

G35
If it's anything like Nissan does normally, Sport version receives 1-2mm larger sways. It would stand to reason that the 350Z sway is the same as the sport or just a shade beefier. Nothing exponential.

All speculation. I don't know for sure.

I can say that the difference between a base G35 sedan and Sport G35 sedan's handling is phenominal. The ride is completely different, response in steering, etc, etc.

Sport ftw.

The BC Coils will not fit but I can grab a brand new 2006 350Z sways for $50 front and rear but the fronts have no use to me...I could just get the rear but he still wants $50 for it even if I dont take the fronts. Is this worth it?

Why dont you just buy hotchiks sways. Might spend more but you will get a front and rear?

I have an AWD so the only fronts I can get is hotchkis but thats out of my price range as I am saving up for BC coils.
