Question Compression

I have a compression tester and I know how to use it. But i have no idea what the numbers should be. I planning on boosting it. What should our compression be around for this. 06 Sedan 87k miles. Would appreciate some help.

All the cylinders should be within 10%, I've never tested a VQ but as a rule you should be have at least 140 psi
