new to the "G" community

whats up guys,
Noob to the G35 community and just picked up an 05 G35 sedan in a diamond graphite color. Miles are currently at 91,826miles and drives really well. I had my friend Jon come check it out since he know lots about this car and can get a better input on the car. The car is really clean and looks to have been taken care of really good. Clean carfax as well. Only thing i found wrong was my CD play doesnt seem to work and keeps saying "check disc" which ive told the dealer so hope this gets fixed. Looking to learn more about this car as far as maintenance/suspension/performance/etc.

here is a pic

Unfortunately I have very little to add except to say that I'm in the same boat. I just got a 2004 G35 sedan last weekend and am loving it. I'm in the process of replacing the stereo, which will be my first car modification of any kind that I'm doing myself. Hope I don't F it up.

Just go with a JDM Double Din kit and you'll be good to go.

Just joined the community myself. Picked up an 06 lakeshore slate sedan a couple months ago. Nice G and good luck with your CD player!

Thanks for the welcome, guys! So far im loving the car! also love how the rear seats recline. Coming from a euro BMW e39 5-series to this is like day and night! lol I'll get more pics of the car soon.

As for the JDM double din, what are the price ranges for those?

The JDM one goes for around $350 and there is a knock off with rubber buttons and lower quality that goes for around $200 I believe...
