I had 1 friend with the stage 3 426 wedge, that came set up like that in a 63 Plymouth Belvedere. The manual that came with it even said "not recommended for street use". I have driven a few hemis, and words can't explain the feeling of power from those engines . There is no replacement for cubic inches and the raw power they had.

There was guy around here when I was in high school, he had a '64 Plymouth Savoy, cheapest Plymouth built, plain looking as hell 2 door sedan, looked like some of the state cop cars of that era, he ordered it that way, had a 426 Hemi under the hood, talk about a sleeper, he even had the cheap hubcaps, the sound kind of gave it away!

I know this guy that has a 69 Chevelle running high 10s/11s on this site.......I just had to. Yeah muscle is nice but the Gs pass many gas stations and don't need 100 octane at $5.71 a gallon.
