04 G35 Sedan Running Terrible After Spark Plug Change
#16
When I got my car back from the engine swap (^#$% Injen CAI + huge downpour on poorly drained streets), the shop had put a spark plug that had a broken insulator on the electrode. Myself and the shop assumed it was bad gas from sitting for almost 2 months. Only if you held the sparkplug upside down would you see the insulator slide down, otherwise, it looked pretty normal. Ran intermittently rough with that problem. They also didn't align the shifter plate, so 1-4 worked great (all you'd really hit on the test-drive) but you couldn't find 5 or 6. I fixed these problems myself in short order, and was asked if I wanted a job... they were definitely low on techs for the amount of business they had.

And you think this thing doesn't have torque? Man the auto must rob a lot, or you're used to some torquey sonofabishing cars.
This is one of the best *** V6's I've ever driven for torque.
