What should I be doing to maintain my engine at 111k

So just rolled 111k on my car just bought it not to long ago put about 3k on it. So far so good anyway no smoke and haven't noticed any oil consumption either seems to shift alright gonna swap trans fluid soon and change the spark plugs. Also no check engines lights or anything like that.

I noticed the engine is a bit noisy but I could expect these sounds to come from a engine I know its vague but I don't hear and knocks or ticks or at least I think. It seems to get up and go pretty good still but I guess I wouldn't know if its down on power.

Here's one noise at start up it sounds like it may be a knock when rpms drop from 2k to 1.5k but I think its just a exhaust rattle I really hope so anyway It didn't sound nearly as loud as my starion when it started to knock.

question- would the SES light go on if there was infact a knock detected? It did in my g20 when the sensor failed..

Im running 91 octane
50/50 syn Blend
Ran lucas threw the fuel system probably will do it again
I hear Liqui Moly oil treatment is good to use for these cars can someone confirm?

So, What should I be doing I want this car to last as long as possible and I have researched these engines are very hit and miss and kinda makes me a bit paranoid lol any help is appreciated!

Thank you,

the noise is normal from pulleys and belts unless it sounds really bad then i would worry about it...... when was the last time you did a full tune up? i would suggest doing that.... may your belts need to be changed/tightened? transmission flush, radiator flush, radiator flush or recharge, brake fluid flush... i honestly think you should be ok depending when the last time you got them serviced, but i would check for the 100K services needed for it from the dealership and do it yourself...

im at 106K and did a tune up around 75K... all the flushes ill be doing when i get me my lower/upper plenum and timing cover replaced to my polished ones! also changing out my radiator, transmission cooler, oem idler, alternator, power steering, and crank pulley to chromed/polish pulleys w/ belts. im pretty much changing out everything down to hoses...

A noisy "engine" could be a lot of things; worn timing components maybe, a pulley going bad... etc. A video of the noise might help a little.

At that many miles I would change both belts and while you have them off start the car that way you will know if its the engine or one off the pulleys that is causing that noise.
