so not sure if anyone has looked around ebay. but some companies are making 05-06 headlights (1/5 of the price) and to my surprise.. projector style lights too... now i would definitely contact them on the projector ones (idk..)
here are the links

Regular 05-06 headlights
http://www.ebay.com/itm/05-06-Infini...4e1d6a&vxp=mtr

projector style 05-06 (questionable though it states only 05-06)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-2006-G3...302945&vxp=mtr

whats everyones thought on this?

Meh. Id go with the OEM style and retro-fit. Would look much better on a "luxury" car then the rice lights would.

I can probably guarantee that is a shitty projector and light out put would be horrendous. Ive had just about every set of aftermarket headlights made off eBay for my 3rd Generation Eclipse and they all suck and seems to be the trend for those style of aftermarket lights.

This is a big deal for 05-06s. We haven't had any alternatives to OEM lights. I could see myself getting a set of those OEM styled ones so I could have a set of lights if I ever needed to make adjustments my quad projector setup and didn't want down time on the car.

This is AWESOME news. My projector retrofitted headlights need new lenses... I wonder if the OEM style ones would fit. Or I could just swap over my entire reflector/projector set up to the new housings and lenses.

EDIT: Can anybody find additional sets of the OEM style lights? Can't find any on eBay right now.

Edit #2: Found these from the same seller. I'm asking if they have lights available without ballasts and bulbs. http://www.ebay.com/itm/05-06-Infini...948c24&vxp=mtr

U will find them occasionally. They are not as popular as the 03-04. For someone with cracked lenses this is a great option. Glad i was able to help some

Wow, these are cool. Price is great too.

I will be at the SEMA show and hope to see these in-person there.

Now if BAUSauto can get these and tweak them like CandlestickPark's or something along those lines.........

I will be getting the redesign third Gen 2014 G sedan, but these can help with the wait until next summer!

i wonder who was lucky enough to get the oem style ones. it looks like there was a mistake in the pricing. $209 was probably at cost...

im wondering if they will be making or make any with
the black housing which for the 03-04 are everywhere!
i have been waiting to find some at a decent price instead of
$400+ each and all the used ones still sell for over $200.
