If not doing it yourself, I recommend sending a PM to R1 Autoworks. He's a vendor that does retrofits in Texas at an unbeatable price. Simply contact him, have the replicas sent to him, and he'll take care of the rest. Or you can contact the company I used ("Daedalus Customs" on facebook) and see if they can perform work for you as well.

Megazord, I was in daedalus' shop yesterday and we were talking about you haha. Good luck with your build, those guys do fantastic work. You will not regret having the lights sent there.

Cheers.

sorry for the delay. I got lazy. updated thread with a few more pictures of the replicas installed. I'll post night shots of the quad demon eyes later but they basically look like the youtube video i posted except the red is more prominent on mine since I used two leds behind each projector instead of just one.

Thanks, Mark. I'm actually in the process of building a second set w/out the halos and a slightly different configuration

In the meantime, they're being used as DRLs.

Yes. Specdtuning has a video on youtube showing how to transfer it all.

I find out about these headlights about a week ago. It's definitely an option for me. I have a crack or something in my passenger headlight and I don't want to spend the time trying to find it. Plus my driver side one has a weird burn looking mark on it. Kinda like a thumbprint smear. For roughly 200 bucks, they'd be a good replacement I think as long as they work.

I won't be doing a retrofit, at least not now so I will be doing a direct swap with OEM bulbs and ballasts. Perhaps by the end of this month. Great to hear that fitment is good, but sucks that the painting on the chrome is cheap. Personally I'm opting for the OEM looking one, the projector one looks too cheap.

Although this one doesn't look too bad. The long vertical running lights are kinda what bug me. Thoughts on it? I might give it a shot. Worst comes to worst I figure I can buy another set of the regular kind and use those for a retrofit. Still, I think 200 bucks is an excellent option being that without the bulbs and ballasts I can only get the headlights for 650/each and used for OEM you're looking at usually a minimum of 250/each IF you can find it.
