I'm having an issue with removing the front mud flaps. I removed the two screws but the 10mm screw is seized up on the metal clip. Everytime I turn the screw the whole assembly turns twisting the liner its attach to. I'm unable to hold the clip while untighting.

Anyone else have this issue?

 

inside is a extruded U-nut - so if you try to put some pressure on that to hold it still while turn the screw out it will come out... probably a pain but you'll get it if you keep trying.
