Should I Sell?

Should I Sell?
Hey everyone,
I need some help as to if I should sell my G35 for B-Pillar/upper door rust. Anyone experienced with this issue?
I know there was a 10 year warranty - but my in service date was February 2002 and I didn't find out until August 2012. Even though the delay was caused by a dealer not informing me of the service issue last August (2011), I am now stuck without help.
As many thought, Infiniti has said no to any extension under good will at this point. So the question is what to do:
I am a 2003 with 100,000KM. I have put limited mods (Rays, Pioneer DD, Stillen Exhaust). Other than this issue, I was planning on modding more and driving this into the ground. However, I have now been told this rust issue will be ongoing and will show up on all four doors. One body shop wouldn't even fix the rust bubbling on the driver's B-Pilliar because he was so confident the rust would come right back.
So here are my options:
(1) Deal with it as it comes up which will be a few hundred annually, or so I am told.
(2) Try to get 4 new door frames from a wrecker, which will be 1000s but should get me through the life of the car (<10 more years)
(3) do a quick fix and sell it to someone who doesn't know any better. Surprisingly, Infiniti was happy with this option even though I suggested it would hurt their goodwill in the long run.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has been battling this issue, though I imagine most would have gotten in on warranty.

I'm not familiar with this issue. What's the root cause of the rust ?
If it were me and I was going to keep the car a couple more years, I would find a reputable body shop and have the problem fixed and continue driving what I am assuming is a paid off, reliable vehicle.
I can't imagine this is a chronic unfixible type of issue...

Not sure what the underlying issue is at the moment - but apparently a design issue: the dealer said its a common problem for the tops of the doors to completely rust out. If I look under my weather stripping the whole tops of the doors are starting to rust. I could fix the couple bubbles that are showing, and that would be find for a while - but once the tops of the doors start to bubble there is going to be no hiding it.
I park outside and live in Canada - so I am concerned the rust will progress quickly. That's why I'm looking to see how big of an issue people have been having, particularly if anyone has tried to fight the issue spot-by-spot.

I'm in the process with my 2005 for getting them changed, I though it was only my front doors, but the guy I emailed at the dealer told me to look under the rear's rubber, and they are rusted at well. I'm supposed to have a call from the body shop within 4-6 weeks (Sounds long to me, unless they're getting pre-painted replacement doors...) Although you might be out of the 10yrs, If it doesn't work with the local dealer, I'd go on the INFINITI FB and tell them that this is disappointing for a "luxury" car...

That's the plan - hassle Infiniti on the phone, by email and on FB/Forums.
I love my G35 and will probably keep it for a while...but when I buy a new car next year I can 100% say I will not be buying an Infiniti. In my experience Lexus/BMW/MB will not tell their customers to "just hide the rust and sell the car" which is what the guy from Infiniti Canada told me to do.
Also, Infiniti told me thier good-will extension of warranty coverages extend some undisclosed number of weeks/months past the end of the warranty, but would not tell me how far. They just said I was too far out of warranty (8 months), but wouldn't tell me how far past. When I asked to speak to someone higher up I was told that was an impossibility, and that's when I was advised to hide the rust and sell.
Going to get some quotes on cleaning up the rust which is visible....going to get a bit of rust fixed on my roof at the same time, which means BLACK ROOF for me .
Thanks for the input guys.
