Here is a question, are you planning to lower your car or is it lowered already. If so you should just spend a little extra and get some aftermarket shocks and replace the fronts and rear. Also replace the front and rear swaybar bushings. Just get them done now.

What is the "life span" of oem suspension? I just replaced all corners on my wife's Toyota with quick struts which I bought on line. My '03 G has 136,600 kms of gentle driving. I have no issues and I hate the thought of having to replace the suspension just b/c of the milage. Plus I need to spent some cash on my BlackBird, which I have more passion for. The only aftermarket items I've used in my G is a battery that I just replaced. Dealer labour charges are killer inspite of the free car wash. Even parts are expensive. Thanks No, I don't wrench my vehicles.

There are quite a few factors that would affect the life of your suspension on the G. I would say that if they are not blown or anything they're probably okay for the time being but that's quite a few miles regardless.

I just replaced mine at 93k with an 04 Coupe Revised Sport setup and it makes quite a bit of difference in the way the car feels/handles.

The suspension I replaced was working fine according to the dealer, but I could tell that the stock dampening capability had diminished based on years of use. New suspension/endlinks all around and compression rod bushings - feels new for the most part.
