hey guyz first time im writting here i have a lil question.

my g35 make some noise when im passing over a crack or whole. when i hold the brake while passing through a crack or hole it dont make the sound.Sound is like a metal on metal sound and i suspected my brakes and i changed the pads assuming they were done. sound is sill going on. i talked to a infiniti tec and he told me maybe it was the compression rod...you guyz think it can be that?

 

When was the last time the compression rods and bushings were changed? Bushings normally squeak though, but are a very common maint item. Metal on metal sounds more like a shroud/cover (agree this sounds like brakes?) is hitting something when the suspension compresses.
