wow just saw this post, your car looks fantastic! Love the wheels, love the stance. Perfect.

I never liked those wheels when I first saw them in 16 or 17", but in 19" they look GREAT. I think the spoke type wheels need to be larger to make the spokes stick out more like on yours.

gurgen,

I've been reading just about every thread on this site for months. I haven't chimed in on hardly any of them. Just wanted you to know I was compelled to respond to this one. With all the work you've done on ALL of the rebuilds etc. you have polished your car into a fine gem! Looks beautiful. Very clean. It's what my car aspires to be. If I only had unlimited amounts of cash. Enjoy.

Love the wheels. I'm suprised that you went with the Flex given Clints comments on the ride quality and I'd think with the power your wanting to lay down that that much spring stiffness in the rear could be a handicap getting the power down. Though I do understand keeping the front to rear bias equal, I just hope lower rear traction isn't a nasty side effect.

Thanks very much to all of you... I really do like the look myself. Sometimes when I make a runto the store ora pizza slice or smth, I get out of my car, cross the street, look back and simply can't believe how beautiful it is and that I actually own it.... And that it's a killer inside (performance) AND out is what makes it so darn cool... I LOVE THIS CAR!

I hope not... But, like you said, I did want to keep the front/rear bias in the range, and also gain some better handling characteristics... You really can't have the best of both worlds, i know that, but I'll try to deal with traction issues later...

Also, I got a good deal on these, for only slightly over what i would pay for basics....

So when are you getting a LSD to keep that power to the ground?

Gurg,

Welcome back buddy. Let me know when you're down and we'll hook up. Thanks for letting me sign your engine cover. It's not everyday a friends asks you for your autograph! BTW, I think we might be able to do something with that triple union pipe. We'll talk.

Its the way Nissan cut the wheel wells... The cut is higher in the front then the rear. Altimas have the same problem, don't know why Nissan did this...

I did notice on some pictures of the new BMW M5 it has the same situation where the front wheel well is cut higher then the rear, thus giving it more of a gap between the wheel and the fender on the front wheels then the rear wheels.

Really becomes noticable when you lower your car
