Lowering springs help!
I'm pretty new to the lowering of the g35 and want to make sure I make the best decision for my wants. I know I want springs and use them with my stock oem sport shocks.
I'm looking for a drop that doesn't sacrifice the oem ride quality but gives a lowered appeal. I don't want a camber kit......maybe an aligment.
I was looking at the tien S or H whatever has the lowest drop for a sedan. Then I see you can get the coupe S or H spring but I don't want to get all mixed up in things.
Hopefully I can lower it when I change my brakes, rotors and front hubs.
Can anyone chime in.

Factory coupe springs lower the sedan .5 of an inch, factory z springs lower you a full inch. Consequently any aftermarket springs for the coupe will lower the sedan an additional .5 of an inch on top of whatever it says it will lower it (same with the z aftermarket springs 1inch respectively.) so if the tein h techs for the coupe say it will lower the coupe by 1.3 inches then they will lower the sedan 1.8 inches.
All the coupe and z springs and struts will fit the G (x's have different suspension set ups so from my understanding coupe/z springs don't fit them.)
If you lower your car I would reccomend getting new struts to go with it, the G sport struts are meant for the springs they have on them, you should be able to run the coupe springs on your sport struts
, but any lower and they will wear out faster. So if you go with tein s tech springs your struts will begin to wear out very fast unless you replace the struts with it.
If you lower your car you are going to need an alignment ( no matter how low) or your tires will wear faster and un evenly. (Mostly on the inside so you may not notice till you park with your tires cranked)
If you lower your car more than an inch you will more than likely need to get some aftermarket parts to bring your car into alignment specs
Also watch your wheel offset and tire size so that you don't get rubbing issues either.
Check the sedan FAQ page for more info. It's a sticky at the top of the sedan pages.
